So, uh, I kinda found a new crush randomly last night from some page I follow on facebook and aaaaah. >< And hey, she makes pretty nice music as well!
Heh, no, they only have a few themselves: two trainers and two real ones between both of them. It wasn’t sent to me; I know them well IRL so I don’t think they’d just give them out to anyone, sorry! I haven’t looked too much myself, but there are probably places online you can buy some that are reasonably priced. I’m sorry I can’t help you more.
No problem! I actually just found it on amazon! There’s a pretty nice selection of cheap watches that look nice like this! I’m planning to get a different strap at some point since the one that came with it is a bit cheap, but it’s still wearable. There are people who are complaining about how low quality it is, so I must not be enough of a connoisseur to really tell how nice this watch is. The body seems incredibly cool to me, though. It is a mechanical watch, in case you weren’t aware, since I wasn’t before reading the product description, and in my experience it has worked just fine. It keeps the time for at least 24 hours if you wind it up all the way.

These are just some pictures I’ve taken over the past year that I’m pretty happy with. I go into more detail here: http://imgur.com/a/M1H7B
Been playing Blood Will Tell, based on Dororo, in which the main character, Hyakkimaru, had his body parts stolen by demons when he is young and is abandoned, thought to be dead, by his parents. In a very Moses-like situation, an old craftsman happens upon him in the river and fits him with prosthetic limbs. As he gets older, demons swarm around Hyakkimaru, so he gets fitted with weapons hidden in his body: a cannon, rapid-fire gun, and, most notably, blades in his arms. Now he has to kill the 48 fiends to get those parts back.
The music tends to be a bit more ambient, and while it isn’t bad, I prefer to have this playing in the background. Makes me feel hella epic, yo.
Kyle Hyde from Hotel Dusk: Room 215 and Last Window: The Secret of Cape West
Forgot how cool Kyle is. That reminds me, I still have to finish Last Window.
A friend of mine and his brother have gotten pretty into flipping butterfly knives. I wanted to give it a try too, so I’m borrowing a trainer. I’m not very good with it yet, but it’s pretty fun.
Devil’s Bridge
Kromlauer Park is a gothic style, 200-acre country park in the municipality of Kromlau in the Görlitz Gablenzgasse district in Germany. An incredible attraction of the park is the Rakotzbrücke, more popularly known as Devil’s Bridge.
The impressive arch bridge was built around 1860. During its construction, other peculiar rock formations were built on the lake and in the park. Devil’s Bridge is no longer open to the public to ensure its preservation. A unique feature of the bridge is that its reflection on the water’s surface creates a flawless circle, regardless of which side is being viewed.
Just started Ergo Proxy today and I can already tell that I’m really going to like Re-L Mayer. She’s so cool and badass. :3
I’ve been watching the new series with my mom this summer. I’m not terribly far into it yet, but I really like the characters, even when I don’t like them. My favorites right now are Apollo and Starbuck. Yes, it may partially be because they are probably the most attractive of the cast and made to be likeable characters, but I love them nonetheless. The President is also pretty cool. I think I’ll have to watch the original stuff at some point.

There’s also this one character that reminds me so much of Dr. Bashir, it’s crazy. My mom even asked if he was the same actor (he wasn’t) since they have the same accent and a vaguely similar appearance and are both doctors. (Though this one is a lot more silly/weird and definitely a lot more mentally unstable.)
wait so you’re telling me that americans don’t have house systems or house points
what do you do in school???
wait this is real. not like just something in harry potter and summer camps?????
wait are you serious?? I thought that was something JKR made up??
No… this 100% legit. My schools houses where based on famous mathematicians.
why i’m not british
Actually, (I’m American) from 5-8th grade, my school organized students into houses, named after, say, Galileo or Aquarius. I was in the G.R.E.E.N. house (I can’t remember the acronym), the Henson house (named for Jim Henson of the Muppets), the Global house, and the Hubble house. We didn’t have a point system, though. It was just a way to make groups of teachers who could work together with the same students or something.

Haruki Murakami (via hellanne) Gosh, I love Kafka on the Shore, even though there were some sex scenes and sad things done to cats at one point… |
